Hec Crighton Trophy winners Ethan Jordan and Taylor Elgersma hosted the Path2Pros football skills clinic Sunday at Chatham-Kent Secondary School. Laurier Golden Hawks receiver Jordan, of Chatham, is the 2025 U Sports football player of the year. Quarterback Elgersma, of London, won the award in 2024, also with the Golden Hawks. Jordan is a CKSS graduate preparing for his rookie season with the CFL’s Ottawa Redblacks. Elgersma is a Winnipeg Blue Bombers draft pick who played in the NFL pre-season with the Green Bay Packers and has also worked out for the Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants.
