HARTFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Harford's annual 'Shop with a Cop' event at the local Walmart brought not only smiles to children's faces but also brought justice to a shoplifter.

In a Facebook post by Hartford Police Department, a woman had some bad timing when it came to retail theft as a total of 15 City of Hartford officers filled the Walmart, doing some shopping with local children.

The shoplifter, identified as Sophia Malak, already committed a felony-level retail theft a couple days prior and had come back for more.

So, when she walked into the Walmart, officers duly noticed and recognized her, then promptly took her into custody, barely pausing their shopping according to police.
