Deputies say they’re not responsible for passenger’s damages related to Washington County shooting of fleeing motorist

FAYETTEVILLE -- Two Washington County deputies -- one former and one current -- sued by a passenger over an incident involving the fatal shooting of a motorist she was riding with have filed answers to her complaint in federal court denying any wrongdoing.
