Mark your calendars. New LSU head coach Lane Kiffin will make his highly anticipated return to Oxford, Mississippi, next season on Sept. 19.

That game against Ole Miss will be the first SEC battle on the Tigers’ new-look schedule, which ESPN began unveiling Tuesday night as it set kickoff dates for every matchup between SEC teams in 2026.

Next year, for the first time ever, SEC teams will play nine league games – not eight. Each program has three contests against annual rivals and six against a rotating group of opponents.

LSU will face its three annual foes – Texas A&M, Arkansas and Ole Miss – every season until at least 2029. The other 12 teams in the SEC will each meet with the Tigers twice over that four-year stretch.
