The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel actress Wenne Alton Davis has died.

The actress, who appeared in a season five episode of the Prime Video series, passed away this week after a tragic accident in New York City.

Wenne was crossing the street on Monday (December 8) just before 9pm and was fatally hit by a car. The NYPD said that a 61-year-old man was driving a black 2023 Cadillac XT6 and struck Wenne while making a left-hand turn at West 53rd Street and Broadway.

The police told People , “[Davis] sustained severe trauma to the head and body. EMS responded and transported [Davis] to Mount Sinai West, where she was pronounced deceased.”
