ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Southeastern Conference Thursday released the 2026 football schedule for member schools.
The Missouri Tigers will start the 2026 season at home in week one, facing off against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. That game is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 5, but in recent years the Tigers have moved that game to the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, which would be Sept. 3. No announcement on a change has been made yet.
That will kick off a three-game stretch against non-conference opponents to begin the year.
Sept. 12, the Tigers will head west to face rival Kansas. It will be the second consecutive year of the Border War game, following the teams’ first meeting this season since Missouri joined the SEC.
Mizzou will finish Sept. hosting Troy on the 19,
