Kyle Cooke was shockingly photographed shotgunning a Truly Hard Seltzer — despite owning rival beverage company Loverboy and having past drama with “Summer House” alum Hannah Berner over her participating in an ad for Truly.

Cooke, 43, was snapped holding a Truly drink on its side while wearing a black T-shirt and a backwards baseball cap in pictures that surfaced on social media . The pictures claim that he was out partying at 5:35 a.m.

While it’s unclear where the photos originated from, Cooke’s wife, Amanda Batula, has since commented that the photos are not from the night she claims he slept at a fan’s house until 6:30 a.m .

Reps for Cooke and Berner didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
