ALEDO, Ill. (KWQC) - A viral restaurant is coming to Aledo.

Miguel’s Grill & Bar will transition into Judy’s Family Cafe Aledo after the restaurant closes on Dec. 28, according to a Facebook post.

Officials said the building, including the kitchen and interior will be renovated over the next few months. They hope to finish by May 2026 and reopen as a brand new Judy’s.

The new location will have breakfast, lunch and dinner along with Judy’s hospitality and pancakes, officials said.

“It’s not a goodbye just a step toward something even better,” officials said in the post. “Thank you for your continued support, and we can’t wait to welcome you back.”

Judy’s Family Cafe opened a second Galesburg location in September.
