JEFFERSON — The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners spent time Thursday afternoon reviewing the proposed 2026 county budget.

The commissioners are planning to pass a three-month temporary budget for 2026, and went into detail Thursday on various portions of the general fund and other funds under their jurisdiction.
