Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan were on Friday among visiting leaders who laid wreaths at the Monument of Neutrality of Turkmenistan.

It came ahead of the international forum in Ashgabat dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.

Putin is expected to hold several bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum.
