The Queen transformed her home to a Christmas grotto yesterday as she invited seriously ill children to help decorate her Christmas tree. But eagle-eyed fans spotted a framed photograph from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding day proudly on display in the King and Queen's London home, Clarence House.

In a photo showing Father Christmas bending down to speak to Ivan, who is in a wheelchair, several photos can be seen in the background. The most prominent shows Meghan Markle walking down the aisle on her wedding day, linked arm-in-arm with King Charles. The second is an official family portrait from Prince Louis's christening, which sees the Duke and Duchess of Sussex posing for a photo with the wider Royal Family.
