In a step toward making competitive examinations more accessible, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced that all Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) will now be assured their preferred examination centre. The decision aims to remove logistical hurdles often faced by PwBD candidates and ensure a more inclusive and convenient examination experience.
UPSC Chairman Dr. Ajay Kumar said the move follows an analysis of centre allocation trends from the past five years.
