At 10:30 p.m. Dec. 3, a woman, 47, reported that she was in a second-floor room at her house with her daughter when her former boyfriend, 52, appeared in the room.
She told the man that he had to leave, but he swore at her grabbed a hammer, which he used it to smash the screen of a TV.
The man threw the TV out of the front door and began to toss things around inside the house. The woman attempted to call police, but the man grabbed the phone from her. He then punched her on the left side of the face.
The man was gone when officers arrived. The woman did not have any apparent injuries to her face. Her daughter told police she didn’t see anything.
The woman has a tempoary protection order against the man, which was issued in Ma
