Nate Crowley scored a goal and tallied two assists for Chatham, No. 20 in the NJ.com Top 20, in its 3-1 win over Mendham at the Mennen Arena in Morristown.
Crowley got the scoring started in the first period with a goal for Chatham (1-1) as he scored off a pass from Sam Zhang and Luca DeNichilo.
Brandon Eigner scored his 50th career varsity goal to tie the game for Mendham (0-2) in the second period after receiving a pass from Ryan Carlberg and Denis Nunan.
Chatham took the lead and added some insurance in the third period. Charlie Dunn redirected the puck to score, giving Chatham back the lead at 2-1. Luke Brendle added on to the lead with the second power play goal of the period to give Chatham a 3-1 lead.
