WOOLWICH TWP. — An apartment complex proposal is heading back to local planners next week for a public hearing.

Woolwich officials have said they need this project to help satisfy the latest affordable housing goals that New Jersey has set for the township. Park Grove Development LLC intends to build a 72-apartment, six-building complex on land facing Kings Highway and Garwin Road, where many homeowners oppose the project.
