The Government of Odisha signed an MoU with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics (BISAG-N) to prepare a comprehensive Odisha State Master Plan under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.

Chief Secretary Odisha Shri Manoj Ahuja led the ceremony along with DC-cum-ACS Smt. Anu Garg, ACS, GA&PG Department, Shri Surendra Kumar, and Principal Secretary, Commerce & Transport Department, Smt. Usha Padhee. Secretaries from multiple departments joined the event. Shri T. P.
