New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee ( MCC ) under the Directorate General of Health Services ( DGHS ) has informed candidates that the refund process for the security deposit paid during the Master of Dental Surgery ( MDS ) Counselling for the academic year 2025 will commence from December 15, 2025.
