Christmas Coal from Kingsford Original Charcoal could be a gag gift, an item for a white-elephant exchange or something you just have to have.

On Thursday, Dec. 11, Kingsford, the folks who have been bringing grillers and barbecue fans charcoal for more than 100 years, launched a bag of what it's calling "Christmas Coal" for the holiday season.

It's actually a 4-pound bag of Kingsford Original Charcoal wrapped in festive holiday packaging. The name is inspired by a warning delivered by parents to generations of unruly children: Behave or Santa will leave a lump of coal in your stocking.
