The Sandie Peggie employment tribunal ruling shows a "level of incompetence beyond belief", a former SNP health secretary has said.
Judges were forced to issue two corrections to the 300-page ruling after at least two "non-existent" quotes were included, leading to suspicions the document was partly written with AI.
Alex Neil, who served as health secretary from 2012-14, told the Record: "In any case you would expect them to double check the written judgement before it's issued, and clearly that's not happened."
The judgement issued on Monday found Peggie, a nurse with 30' years experience, was harassed by her employers NHS Fife after she refused to shared a female staff changing room with a trans colleague.
But the Judicial Office removed a quote
