Brothers Lochlan and Connor Brown donated their allowances to the hospital foundation during the radiothon, accompanied by their dad, Ryan Brown.

The Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation is celebrating another successful Light the Way Radiothon and would like to thank the people of Saugeen Shores and surrounding communities for coming together to support local healthcare.

This year’s Radiothon, hosted on Bayshore Broadcasting’s 97.9 The Bruce, raised $200,000 to support four digital systems that are essential to patient care; including pacemaker monitoring, patient and bed movement and digital imaging. For 12 hours, listeners tuned in, shared stories, made pledges and showed just how much local healthcare matters in our region.
