“I had hope in my heart,” Lacey Blue said. “I had the Word of God. I had the promise, and I wanted this child so badly. That was being threatened by hearing this news of you need to have surgery.”

“When I was growing up, I always knew I wanted a family,” Lacey said. “I just always imagined my future as a wife and a mom. When I was 12 years old, I started developing ovarian cysts, and they were quite painful and there were a lot of them. The surgeries did take a toll, not only physically, but emotionally. I remember hearing at times that potentially children could be an issue for me if these kinds of hormonal issues continued to happen.”
