Chennai -based Refex Industries Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about search operations conducted by the Income Tax Department at the registered office of the company and certain other locations associated with the Refex Group. The search operations commenced on December 9, 2025, Refex said.

The company has reiterated that its officers extended full cooperation to the authorities and that its business operations remain unaffected by the search operations and continuing without any interruption.

The company’s filing follows certain news reports on the IT raids.
