AUDA Plans 6 km, 8-Lane Corridor Near Godhavi-Manipur; Invites Tender for DPR December 12, 2025

Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has initiated planning for a major 8-lane road corridor aimed at improving connectivity between the Manipur–Godhavi area and Sanand.

The civic authority has already invited proposals seeking consultancy services for the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the development of a new 8-lane road corridor, spanning approximately 6 kilometers near the Godhavi–Manipur area within the AUDA jurisdiction. As per reports, the new stretch will run from Sanskardham to Sanand town. The study must be completed within 75 days, after which AUDA will finalize the design and project execution plan.
