Bhowali , Nainital ( Uttarakhand ) [India], December 12 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday formally inaugurated the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of Sainik School Ghorakhal in Bhowali , Nainital district.
