Happy Valley Casino is set to open its casino lobby in spring 2026 at State College, PA, near Nittany Mall and Penn State University, the home of the Nittany Lions . Currently, Happy Valley Casino awaits final approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board . The PGCB has licensed Happy Valley Casino as a Category 4 casino, one of five land-based casinos in the state in that category.
