A house in Cresskill that sold for $4.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bergen County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 64 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $1 million. The average price per square foot was $508.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.5 million, single-family home at 238 Mountain Way

A single-family residence at 238 Mountain Way in Rutherford, has been sold. The price was $1,530,000. The house was built in 1930 and has a living area of 1,552 square feet. The price per square foot was $986. The deal was finalized on Nov. 5.
