A house in Westfield that sold for $5.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 48 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $1 million. The average price per square foot was $487.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.1 million, single-family residence at 360 North Ave.

The detached house at 360 North Ave. in Fanwood has new owners. The price was $1,100,000. The house was built in 1950 and has a living area of 1,700 square feet. The price per square foot was $647. The deal was finalized on Nov. 17.
