A tea room at a National Trust site has needed to close temporarily after an issue with drainage.

The tea room at the Flatford National Trust site, on the banks of the River Sour, has closed for the remainder of Friday.

A spokesman from the site said: "We are attempting to get it cleared, but won't re-open this afternoon and may open late tomorrow. We are sorry for any disappointment caused."

The tea room is just part of the appeal to the Flatford area in Constable country, with a range of walks along the Stour and boat hire during the warmer months.
