The Yuma Police Department has notified the community that a convicted Level 3 sex offender has changed addresses.

James Wesley Long, 42, is now residing at West 32nd Street and South 4th Avenue in Yuma. He is described as an American Indian male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 300 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said that between the months of September and November 2004, James Long had a sexual relationship with a minor. On March 2, 2005, Long was arrested and charged with one count of molestation of a child and three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

On June 16, 2005, Long pled guilty to one count of sexual conduct with a minor. On Sept. 27, 2013, Long was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. On Nov. 8, 2013, Long pled guilty to failing to regis
