The advisory was active for Tualatin Valley, West Hills and Chehalem Mountains, West Central Willamette Valley, East Central Willamette Valley, Benton County Lowlands, Linn County Lowlands and Lane County Lowlands.

"Webcams and weather station observations indicate that visibilities have risen above one quarter of a mile. Patchy fog may continue over the next couple hours in some locations, but should gradually dissipate late this morning," comments the National Weather Service.
