Allen Park — Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell on Friday delivered some discouraging news regarding All-Pro safety Kerby Joseph.

Joseph, who has been dealing with a knee injury since training camp, was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday before being a non-participant the following day. In response to a question about Joseph's outlook is for Sunday's game at the Los Angeles Rams, Campbell said Joseph suffered a "setback."
