Grey Bruce Farmers’ Week returns with another slate of agricultural experts Jan. 7 to 12 at the Elmwood Community Centre.

The annual event will be presented over six days, each dedicated to a different commodity: beef, dairy, goat, sheep, horse and crops. A dedicated ecology day has been discontinued this year but that subject will be found across the other commodity days.

GBFW gives farmers a chance to learn about news in each commodity area, ask questions, mingle and bring something useful back to the farm. That’s been true for all 60 years of the event, said organizer Lorie Smith, of Grey County Agricultural Services.
