RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Northern Nevada Health System (NNHS) is donating $30,000 to three local nonprofits dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the community. Each organization – The Children’s Cabinet CC Market, Catholic Charities St. Vincent’s Food Pantry, and the Food Bank of Northern Nevada – will receive $10,000 as part of NNHS’s annual giving program.

The donations aim to bolster the efforts of these nonprofits, which all host food pantries for their clients. Formal check presentations and remarks from leadership were held at each location.
