Racketeering Suits Against Claims Administrators, Banks, Transferred to Washington D.C.

U.S. Senior District Judge John Bates, former director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, will oversee racketeering and antitrust lawsuits against claims administrator and banks in class action settlements.
