King Charles is sharing some “good news” about his battle with cancer.

If you were unaware, the 77-year-old King of the United Kingdom was diagnosed with cancer February 2024 and has kept details about his battle, including what type of cancer he has or the stage of the disease, private.

In a pre-recorded TV message as part of Channel 4’s “Stand Up to Cancer” on Friday night (December 12), King Charles shared an emotional, and positive, update on his battle.

“Today, I am able to share with you the good news that, thanks to early diagnosis, effective intervention and adherence to doctors’ orders, my own schedule of cancer treatment can be reduced in the new year,” King Charles announced.
