CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -The Better Business Bureau is warning consumers about tempting travel deals as people consider booking getaways after the holiday season.
Shady operators target travelers searching for deals with tours and destinations that don’t match what customers receive, according to BBB guidance.
If the price of a travel deal seems too good to be true, that’s the first red flag.
The BBB recommends asking for references and asking detailed questions about travel operators.
