PHOENIX — A second arrest has been made in last week’s deadly shooting in a Tempe Marketplace parking lot, authorities announced Friday.

Dante Gaines, 25, is accused of killing 19-year-old Dominic Baysinger after they’d arranged a meeting to complete an online transaction, according to the Tempe Police Department.

His alleged co-conspirator, 20-year-old Fernando Gallegos, was arrested last week, two days after the shooting.

Detectives identified Gaines as a suspect during the investigation, according to police.
