Heavy rain and flooding have washed out at least three bridges in the mountains of northwestern Montana.
One of those collapses, the Farm to Market bridge, was captured on video.
Officials say an emergency shelter has opened in a church in the small town of Libby to help people forced to evacuate from the flooding.
Video captured the moment part of a bridge just south of Libby collapsed. And nearby Lincoln County declared a state of emergency Thursday.
