EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Over 1,300 Board of Water and Light customers in East Lansing are in the dark Friday evening.

According to the BWL outage map, two outages are affecting downtown East Lansing, each affecting around 670 customers.

It’s unclear what caused the outage, but BWL says power is expected to return before 10 p.m.
