Bulletin warns Central Arkansas law enforcement of possible gang threat to security guards

A leaked bulletin from the Pulaski County sheriff's office warned earlier this week of unconfirmed reports that a North Little Rock gang may have put out a "hit" on security guards, possibly related to a November double homicide.
