In a sudden outburst, a man in Colorado allegedly used an "MMA style takedown" move on a lawyer in a courthouse. It appears that the attorney was defending a teenager who is accused of killing the man's 12-year-old nephew in a car crash.

As reported by CBS Colorado , the incident occurred on Monday, December 8. Daniel Alexander Ashby, the 36-year-old uncle, allegedly approached 69-year-old H. Michael Steinberg , the lawyer, to see his defendant, 19-year-old Christopher Ramirez-Rodriguez.

A police report detailed that Ashby got in Steinberg's face while in the courthouse's hallway, with the latter pushing him away to create distance between them. This infuriated Ashby, who then allegedly used the aforementioned "MMA style takedown" on the elderly lawyer. Steinberg, as a result
