The sentence for the father who pleaded guilty to running over and killing his 8-month-old son in September was delayed for the second time in a month Friday afternoon.
The sentencing was supposed to take place Nov. 13, but was delayed after the court determined additional evidence and witness testimony remained outstanding.
Golden's defense lawyer requested another postponement of his sentencing to allow for two more testimonies heard before Judge London Kite decides his fate.
