Warning that wall could collapse on homeless camp

El Sereno —Business owners along the 5400 block of Alhambra Avenue are warning that a concrete wall may collapse on a nearby homeless encampment. A section of that wall already collapsed last year, crushing vehicles parked next to it. KABC
