At 11:14 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from Saturday 7 p.m. until Sunday 1 p.m. for York and Lancaster counties.

The weather service adds to expect, "Total snow accumulations between 2 and 3 inches. Locally higher spot amounts are possible."

"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute," explains the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1."
