Nationwide Building Society has issued a warning about letters being sent to customers. The group clarified its rules after a customer raised a query on social media. They explained they had applied to switch to the building society but had not yet received certain items from Nationwide .
They said: "I applied to switch and all is going through but still got no correspondence through via post." The person mentioned they had not received any post for more than a week. They went on to ask whether they could visit a branch and extend the switch to ensure everything was in order, as they were "hoping to get the cash bonus".
