Championship Saturday has arrived for Connecticut high school football. Six CIAC state title games will be played on Dec. 13 to determine the 2025 football champions across all six classifications. In the Class L championship game, undefeated New Canaan (12-0) will take on Cheshire (9-3) at 4 p.m. ET. You can watch the Cheshire-New Canaan game live here:

Cheshire is coming off a 21-0 victory over Ridgefield in the L semifinals. The Rams scored all 21 points in the second half, led by two touchdown runs from Noel Martinez.

New Canaan routed Weaver 43-6 in the other semifinal behind 172 all-purpose yards and a pick six from senior Andrew Esposito.
