FRANKLIN, Ind. – The City of Franklin Police Department’s (FPD) investigation team is seeking the public’s help in identifying the subject in the photos accompanying this story.

This person was seen causing damage in the early morning hours of December 10. The pictures show the individual walking on North Main Street near Schoolhouse Road, between 1-2 a.m.
