ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Recently fired University of Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore appeared solemn as he was arraigned Friday on three charges in a Washtenaw County courtroom, accused of breaking into the home of a woman with whom he’d had a relationship and threatening to take his own life.
Moore, who appeared via video wearing a white jail uniform during his arraignment in 14A-1 District Court, is charged with third-degree felony home invasion and misdemeanor stalking and breaking and entering. Moore faces up to five years in prison if convicted of home invasion, the most serious of the three charges.
