JAMMU, Dec 13: Retired erstwhile J&K cadre IAS Officer RK Goyal is new Chief Information Commissioner of India.

Goyal is former 1990 batch IAS officer.

As per details emerging with Cross Town News , Raj Kumar Goyal is being sworn in as new Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) on December 15 by the President.
