A house in Colonia that sold for $755,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Woodbridge area in the past week.

The area saw a total of six residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $478,000. The average price per square foot was $313.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 2,160-square-foot single-family home at 174 Judy Drive #176 in Keasbey, has been sold. The total purchase price was $157,000, $73 per square foot. The house was built in 1969. The deal was finalized on Nov. 13.
